This is how we scaled the WOD:


Elite: RX’D(155/105#, 30/24” box jump, rope climb)
Advanced: (135/95#, 30/24” box jump, rope climb)
Intermediate: (115/80# , 24/18” box jump, beaded rope climb)
Novice: (95/65#, 24/18”box jump, beaded rope climb)
Beginner: (65/45# 18/12” box jump, 54 jumping towel pull ups)
First Timer: What ever thruster weight you want not to exceed 65/45# (i.e. 1# dumbbells )/any height box jumps or steppers (i.e. one step) and 54 jumping towel pull ups( bar at face level.)
